 2,594 New Interactions From The Boeke Group |

| The BioGRID has added 2,594 new genetic interactions as reported in the 2008 paper by Lin YY et al: "A Comprehensive Synthetic Genetic Interaction Network Governing Yeast Histone Acetylation and Deacetylation." (pubmed: 18676811). These interactions are available in all standard BioGRID search and
download modes and can be retrieved directly from our website at the following URL (http://www.thebiogrid.org/ViewPublication/78100). | The BioGRID's curated set of physical and genetic interactions has been updated to include an additional 1782 interactions. These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 144,027 and raw interactions to 216,931. New interactions will be added in curation updates on a monthly basis. | The BioGRID has added 2,616 new physical interactions determined by Protein-Fragment Complementation Assay (PCA) as reported in the 2008 paper by Tarassov et al: "An in Vivo Map of the Yeast Protein Interactome" (pubmed: 18467557). These interactions are available in all standard BioGRID search and
